I like to do yoga

I want to get back into it. I just got knee surgery, I like to skateboard, and I know it helps a lot for skateboarding, how I feel during the day, and much more. I like Kundalini yoga a lot, but also do Hatha yoga and I enjoy to meditate. I may have had a Kundalini awakening some time in April, but I am not exactly sure if that is so, but all the traits I exhibited fit exactly as described, so I felt pretty convinced. Namaste
