I am a Buddhist Tantrika with 9 lifetimes of experience on the
path of: Pleasure, Awareness, Love and Letting-go.

Just as yoga can increase poise it can also nurture playfulness!
I adore doggies, kitties, cinema, fitness, dancing around the apartment,
nature, as well as healthy cooking and eating.
