Yoga brings me to a place where I can lay it all out on the mat; the physical energy, the stress of my day, the choices and decisions that I need to make every day. There is no better time for me than after I have practiced yoga. I am interested inconnections with people and that feel the same happiness and completeness. There is also a lot to learn and I hope to continue to build my practice.
