My favorite part about yoga is the point in your yoga flow that you cant wait to get back to downward dog so you can rest there. Then you know you are working hard enough. Anyone know what I mean? I am a down to earth, happy person. I work in alternative health and take good care of myself and my friends, and the earth. I love life in general, would like to have someone to share it with and find it hard to meet people in this city. I love being outside, playing drums, doing yoga, dancing, laughing, bonfires, cooking, being at the ocean... Come have fun with me!
