Just found Yoga

My best friend wanted to really do at least 1 of her new year's resolutions...that is to exercise regularly. We tried a lot of things together until we found Bikram Yoga I've been doing it for almost a year and I feel great. I'm hoping one day I'll be able to do all of the postures well.
