I started to work on myself as 16 ys old. 1st started to read about yoga, and vegetarianism, than to practice.LOve meditation, and explored different kinds of meditations, one of my fevs is YOGA NIDRA.12 ys worked as reiki master and healer, combinig my knowledge of medicine, psychotherapy, meditations, and reiki to develop my inner wisdom, and to help my clients to heal and grow inside.I love yoga as holistic approach, and practice hatha yoga. Love dance, ballet, and gym workouts too.LOve to grow inside, and am interested in zen buddhism too.Came here to share my experiences, and get more motivated and inpsired for my Path of enlightment.
