There are many traditions of hatha ygoa, if you would browse through some books you would notice that there are slight differences in the asans.
I'm currently going through the BIG book called "A systematic course in kriya and yoga"
Over 1000 pages of asanas. And actually If found that the techniques thought in this sometimes differ a lot from other descriptions of asanas. I think just like q... 22 years old | Tczew, POLAND Does musubi belong in this group?
